Scope of Work
This project involved the installation of two conference rooms at the North Metro Fire Department Headquarters: the Conference Room and the Fish Bowl Conference Room. Each room was equipped with the Yealink 86″ Interactive Meeting Boards to support high-quality, seamless communication and collaboration.
North Metro Fire Department Headquarters – Conference Room
In this space, a single Yealink 86″ Interactive Meeting Board was installed, equipped with built-in microphones, a camera, and speakers. Preloaded with Microsoft Teams, the board was optimized for smooth video conferencing experiences. It was mounted on a Yealink Floorstand, allowing for easy portability and the flexibility to use the board in different spaces as needed. A Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Dongle was also included to enable effortless BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) connections, enhancing presentations and collaborative work.
Fish Bowl Conference Room
For the Fish Bowl Conference Room, a Yealink 86″ Interactive Meeting Board was installed, with built-in microphones, a camera, and speakers, ready for Microsoft Teams video conferencing. To accommodate the unique design of the all-glass conference room, the board was mounted using a Chief XLCMU ceiling mount, providing an elegant and secure solution. Two Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Dongles were included to allow easy wireless device connections, further enhancing collaboration and presentation capabilities within the room.
Both installations provided the North Metro Fire Department with high-performance AV solutions that facilitated seamless communication, increased collaboration, and a modernized meeting experience.
