Flat Rock Regional Training Center Hybrid Meetings

Summary
This project involved upgrading the Adams County’s Flatrock Regional training room with a more modern audio-visual system to make meetings and presentations smoother. Whether participants are in the room or joining remotely this system makes hybrid events possible. Our goal was to ensure clear sound, high-definition visuals, and easy-to-use technology for everyone.
Scope of Work
Clear and Reliable Audio
- We installed an advanced sound system that makes sure every voice is heard. A powerful amplifier connects to the existing ceiling speakers, delivering even sound coverage throughout the room.
- Presenters can use a new wireless microphone system, complete with clip-on microphones for hands-free speaking.
- A smart ceiling microphone captures voices from all over the room, so remote participants can hear in-person discussions clearly.
Enhanced Visual Experience
- The room’s existing projectors were integrated into the system, allowing presenters to display content on large screens.
- A dedicated Microsoft Teams system was installed, making video conferencing effortless. The system includes a control panel, a high-definition camera that follows the speaker, and wireless presentation tools for sharing content from any device.
Seamless Connectivity
- A central control processor manages all the connected devices, making it simple for users to adjust volume, control the camera, switch displays, and start video meetings with just a few taps.
