Coldwell Banker - Full A/V Installation - Colorado Springs
High Country Low Voltage (HCLV) was asked to provide an estimate for audio-visual services at 1755 Telstar Drive, Suite 200, Colorado Springs, CO 80920 for Coldwell Banker. Project Scope includes two interconnected digital signage displays, a single presentation only conference room, and Sonos background music system.
Scope of Work
Kitchen:
(1) Samsung UN65DU8000FXZA 65″ Display shall be provided and installed at Kitchen wall with a full motion articulating mount as shown on customer provided drawings.
Includes Articulating Mount
(1) 1×2 HDMI Distribution Amplifier shall be provided and installed behind Kitchen display to allow mirrored signal to be sent to the Front entry Display.
(1) 4K HDBaseT HDMI Extender Kit shall be provided and installed between the Kitchen Display and Front Entry Display to carry mirrored signal.
(1) Passive HDMI Wall Plate shall be provided and installed below Kitchen Display at outlet height.
Front Entry:
(1) Samsung UN75DU8000FXZA 75″ Display shall be provided and installed at Front Entry wall with a tilt mount mount as shown on customer provided drawings.

Conference Room:
(1) Samsung UN75DU8000FXZA 75″ Display shall be provided and installed at Conference Room wall with a full motion articulating mount as shown on customer provided drawings.
Includes Articulating Mount
(1) 4K HDBaseT HDMI Extender Kit shall be provided and installed between the Display and conference room table to extend local HDMI input to table.
(1) Yealink Room Panel shall be provided and installed outside of conference room as shown on customer provided drawings.
Scope includes physical installation only, customer is responsible for commissioning.
Sonos System:
(1) Sonos Port Streaming Player shall be provided and installed in Network Cabinet to allow music streaming for background music.
Customer is responsible for providing and maintaining subscription license.
(1) QSC SPA2-60 Amplifier shall be provided and installed in network cabinet to provide power to speakers.
Audio will be wired into one zone.
Volume will be controlled from source device or Sonos Application
(10) 6.5″ 70V Ceiling Speakers shall be provided and installed at ceiling in open office spaces to provide local background music.
Speaker Location Markup has been provided with proposal for proof of concept.
Options:
Connect Trac Cable Floor Track – Option has been provided to provide power and data routes to conference room table in the event floor box is not available.
(1) Wiremold 6′ Floor Track Kit shall be provided and installed between display wall and conference room table to extend power and communication functionality.
Customer is responsible for having licensed electrician to hook up 120v circuit.

In conclusion, the Coldwell Banker project successfully delivered a complete audio-visual and background music solution designed for seamless functionality and aesthetic integration throughout the facility. The kitchen and front entry displays were installed with precision, utilizing Samsung commercial displays, articulating and tilt mounts, and HDBaseT distribution to ensure synchronized content across locations. The conference room was outfitted with a high-performance Samsung display, HDMI extender, and Yealink Room Panel to enhance meeting efficiency and connectivity. Additionally, the Sonos streaming system paired with QSC amplification and distributed ceiling speakers now provides high-quality background music across open office areas. Every component was installed according to customer drawings and industry standards, ensuring reliability and performance.
