Adams County Conference Room Projectors

We are proud to share the latest update on our work with Adams County Government. Over the course of our collaboration, HCLV has played a pivotal role in improving and enhancing several critical systems for the county.

One of the key projects we recently completed involved upgrading the audiovisual equipment in the Apple Rooms, a space used extensively for various county functions and meetings. As part of this upgrade, we replaced the aging Epson projectors with new Panasonic Laser Projectors, improving the quality and reliability of the room’s projection capabilities.

Project Highlights:

• Panasonic Laser Projectors: We installed five Panasonic laser projectors to replace the outdated Epson models. These new projectors provide superior image quality, increased brightness, and better overall performance, offering a significant upgrade in the projection experience within the Apple Rooms.

• Installation and Configuration: The team carefully reused the existing mounting locations and mounts, ensuring a smooth installation process with minimal disruption. We also updated the Qsys file to ensure compatibility and full control over the new projectors, including features like power on/off and focus adjustments. Comprehensive testing was conducted to verify optimal performance across all rooms.

• Enhanced Functionality: With the new Panasonic projectors and updated Qsys configuration, we successfully boosted the projection quality and functionality throughout the Apple Rooms, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for Adams County meetings and events.

This upgrade exemplifies our ongoing commitment to providing innovative solutions and superior service to our government partners. We look forward to continuing our work with Adams County on future projects to improve and modernize their technology infrastructure.
