Mountain View Fire Rescue AV Upgrades
Scope of Work
High Country Low Voltage was brought in to design and install complete AV systems for two key spaces inside the Mountain View Fire Rescue Administration building—a large multipurpose room and an adjoining training room.
The goal of the project was to provide intuitive, flexible technology that would support everything from training sessions to formal board meetings and remote collaboration. We delivered fully integrated solutions that allow staff to wirelessly present content, communicate clearly with both in-room and remote participants, and easily control the entire setup from a single touchscreen interface.
Both rooms can operate independently or together, depending on the size and type of event. With automated presets and minimal user input, the system adjusts cameras, audio, displays, and content routing in seconds. The end result is a professional, efficient environment that supports real-time collaboration, improves training experiences, and enhances communication for both internal staff and public-facing events—all while remaining easy to use with little to no technical background.

This project helped Mountain View Fire Rescue modernize its facilities and ensure their teams can focus on delivering essential services without being slowed down by complicated technology.
