Summary

Applied Control partnered with us to modernize several of their meeting spaces with upgraded AV. The goal was to create a flexible, professional environment that supports both in-person collaboration and remote participation. The upgraded rooms now offer improved video quality, clear sound, and easy content sharing, all managed with simple, intuitive controls.

Scope of Work

The project involved two main areas: a large meeting room and a pair of divisible conference spaces. Each space was upgraded to deliver a seamless and user-friendly experience, no matter how the rooms are configured or who’s attending—virtually or in person.

Here’s what we delivered:

  • High-Quality Visuals
    Projectors and large displays were installed to ensure sharp, vibrant visuals during presentations and video calls. Whether sharing a presentation or hosting a video conference, the visuals are easy to see from anywhere in the room.
  • Clear, Balanced Audio
    We reused and integrated existing ceiling speakers and microphones with new sound processing equipment. The result is clear audio for everyone—whether speaking from the front of the room or participating remotely.
  • Support for Hybrid Meetings
    Each room was equipped with a modern video conferencing system, fully integrated with Microsoft Teams. Remote participants can see and hear everything clearly, while in-room users can join meetings with the push of a button.
  • Flexible Room Use
    The divisible rooms can operate separately or together. Each space has its own independent setup, with no interference between rooms, making scheduling and use more flexible.
  • Easy Content Sharing
    Users can share content wirelessly or plug in their own devices through wall inputs—no need for adapters or complicated setup.
  • Simple Control & Scheduling
    Touch panels were added to allow quick access to room settings like volume, displays, and camera control. Outside each room, digital displays show meeting schedules and availability, improving room management.
  • Secure & Organized Equipment
    All AV components were neatly housed in custom-built equipment racks, with proper power management to protect the system and ensure reliability.
