City of Westminster Park Recreation Center Security

Scope of Work
High Country Low Voltage partnered with the City of Westminster’s Parks and Recreation Department to modernize and unify its security camera system at the community recreation center. Through the OMNIA cooperative purchasing agreement, we were able to streamline procurement and deliver a cost-effective, scalable surveillance solution using Spot AI technology.
As part of this project, our team installed 55 AI-powered security cameras throughout the Parks and Rec Center. These cameras are tied into a centralized Spot AI system that provides advanced features like smart search, real-time alerts, and remote access from any device. With a focus on safety, visibility, and ease of use, this upgrade gives city staff better control over facility monitoring, allowing them to quickly review incidents, improve response time, and maintain a secure environment for the public.
The system is supported by a Spot AI video recorder with a professional license and 30-day video storage, and all camera licenses are active for a 3-year term. This setup ensures long-term reliability and room for future expansion.
This installation was delivered under OMNIA Contract #R240303, which High Country Low Voltage holds as an approved vendor. This allows us to offer compliant, pre-negotiated pricing to government and public agencies—eliminating the need for lengthy bidding processes.
For other cities or municipalities seeking a smarter, more efficient approach to surveillance and facility security, our Spot AI solutions are fully supported and contract-ready through OMNIA.
