Jefferson County Public Schools
Child Welfare Conference Rooms
Summary
High Country Low Voltage (HCLV) partnered with Jefferson County Public Schools to upgrade the child welfare conference rooms, enhancing their audio-visual capabilities for more effective meetings and remote collaboration. This project replaced outdated technology with a modern, user-friendly system that improves communication and streamlines conferencing.
Scope of Work
HCLV removed the existing projector and screen, replacing with a larger, more dynamic display to improve visibility and engagement. We installed a new conferencing system that allows for wireless content sharing, ensuring seamless collaboration. To enhance audio quality, we implemented a solution that captures and amplifies sound clearly, making virtual and in-person meetings more effective. A new video system was integrated to provide a wider, high-quality view for remote participants, improving the overall conferencing experience.
To simplify operation, we installed an intuitive control system, allowing users to manage audio, video, and conferencing functions with ease. The entire setup was designed to provide a reliable, high-performance solution that supports smooth communication and collaboration.
This upgrade delivered a cutting-edge conference room experience, making meetings more productive and professional.
