Guzman Energy Conference Rooms
Summary
This project focused on transforming a standard meeting room into a fully equipped, modern collaboration space. We designed and installed an audio-visual system that makes video calls, presentations, and in-person meetings more productive, clear, and easy to manage.
Scope of Work
We provided a complete AV upgrade with the following key features:
- Crystal-Clear Audio: Ceiling-mounted microphones pick up voices from anywhere in the room, while built-in ceiling speakers ensure everyone can hear perfectly.
- Professional Video Setup: A 75” 4K display and a smart camera automatically frame and follow speakers during video calls, making virtual meetings feel more natural.
- Easy Content Sharing: A wireless dongle allows users to share presentations or documents from their laptops without plugging in any cables.
- One-Touch Control: A touchscreen at the conference table makes it easy to start meetings, adjust volume, or switch between sources.
- Zoom Room Integration: The system runs on a dedicated mini PC configured specifically for Zoom, providing a smooth and reliable video conferencing experience.
