In conjunction with Archoustics Mountain, High Country Low Voltage recently installed a new network based LogiSon sound masking system for the ENT Credit Union Call Center in Peyton Co. The new sound masking system will help reduce distractions allowing employees to concentrate better, which will pay off in terms of error reduction, employee retention and financial performance. The system will also help agents provide better customer service and reduce employee stress.
